Ciceley Basden Trucking, based in Beulaville, NC, is a family-owned business rooted in agriculture and built on hard work. Owner Doug Basden, along with his wife and their 4-year-old daughter, also operate BCD Farms, a purebred Angus cattle operation, and manage eight hog houses contracted through Murphy Family Farms. Doug graduated from East Duplin High School in 2007 and NC State University in 2010, then spent nine years with Smithfield Hog Production before purchasing his first dump truck in 2017. That purchase laid the foundation for a full-service company offering land clearing, demolition, grading, and hauling services across Eastern North Carolina.
